Covid -19 Happened… We responded
  • We transitioned EVERY employee and all the related technology from office to home based within 2 weeks

  • We continued to recruit and remotely on-boarded over 40 new and brilliant employees

  • Our sickness & absence levels dropped

  • We upgraded our virtual meeting technology to make it more efficient and effective

  • We progressed a number of companywide initiatives that will drive the business forward and formed a fantastic new partnership with one of the UK’s leading providers

  • We progressed key employees through application on an external Degree Course, funded and supported by the business to begin the journey to Senior Management

  • We protected circa 20,000 families during the strict lockdown period

  • We maintained 210 jobs, salaries, livelihoods… NO Redundancies…

  • We continued to get 5 star trust pilot reviews

  • We evolved our branding & gave the offices a facelift

Basically, we didn’t stop, we just changed the way we did things. All of our employees kept their jobs & salaries and all of our customers were looked after. We survived and now we are thriving and we learned a lot and we will keep on going…
